Our Offerings

Most Shariah-compliant issuances struggle to identify a sufficient asset base which can meet the necessary financial ratios and the Shariah fidelity to generate the required returns. We currently have more than $3 billion in off market physical assets ready for acquisition that are Shariah-compliant. With a strong investment committee and the expertise of asset management, the assets produce yield in the first quarter, meeting the required returns for each investment.

Mike Randall has over forty years of real estate investment experience, representing buyers and sellers in over 35 million square feet of transactions worth $2.5 Billion. Prior to opening his own firm in 2010, Randall Realty Advisors, he spent twenty-seven years at the Institutional Investment Group of Grubb & Ellis Company in Southern California, where he ultimately held the position of Co-Chairman. He has represented some of the West Coast’s largest property owners in the acquisition and disposition of their major investment properties, including Bank of America, Citibank, CalSTRS, CalPERS, Samsung, Shin Yen Investments, Heitman Properties, and UBS Realty Investors. Mike holds the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) as well as past or present professional affiliations with NAIOP, ICSC, and ULI. He has been a guest speaker on the state of the real estate investment market at conferences nationwide since 1985.
F. Craig Morris is Director of Global Real Estate for Pentavirate. In this capacity, Craig works with the acquisitions and operations teams to devise a value-add strategy for each individual asset in order to deliver optimal dividend income and capital growth. Over the course of his career, Craig has transitioned, managed and worked on over 300 national and global corporate and institutional portfolio accounts. Craig was previously Executive Vice President, Global Client Solutions, for Cushman & Wakefield where his responsibilities encompassed 600M SF under management and 7,000 employees. Before this, he was President of the Corporate Services Group at Grubb & Ellis where he directed all corporate outsourcing relationships and international partnerships and was part of the executive management team.
Director of Risk Management at Pentavirate. In this capacity, Suria is responsible for strategically identifying and quantifying the risks for the firm's investment initiatives, their deployment and the individual assets under management. Suria qualifies acquisition targets including financial due diligence for assets and devises the long term portfolio strategy for Pentavirate global funds. As a specialist in scaling and operating international portfolios, Suria has experiences in working with Fortune 500 companies throughout her career to manage their real estate expansion.
Chad Gleason is Managing Director of PENTAVIRATE, leading the firm's’ operations across the globe, including Sukuk (Islamic bonds ), high-cap funds for fractional investors, real estate technology, asset management and patented products for the built environment. An expert on running commercial real estate portfolios and optimizing value, Chad has commercial development experience in Washington, Oregon and California including site selection, construction management, build out, tenant representation and asset management.
